Fast, private notes that work offline
Write in markdown, keep going without a connection, and sync when you’re back. Your notes are encrypted at rest and never sold.
Leaving Evernote? Import your .enex file — notebooks, tags and attachments come with you, for a fifth of the price.
Works in any browser — nothing to install. Prefer a phone or tablet app?
Free for 60 notes. Pro $3.99/mo or $24.99/yr — 75% less than Evernote.
New here? 10 things to do with Noteshik on your first day.
Noteshik in 45 seconds
We were Evernote users for 12 years. Then they raised the price three times in 18 months.
That was the day we exported the .enex and started building. Noteshik does what Evernote did in 2015 — fast notes, real sync, a tag system you can trust — for one fifth of the price. Same files. Same notebooks. New home.
— Mark, founder
Move your whole library in 60 seconds
We never ask for your Evernote login. Export the file Evernote already lets you download, drop it in, and we’ll do the rest — notebooks, tags, attachments, dates, all preserved.
Export from Evernote
In Evernote: File → Export Notes → ENEX. One menu, one file. (We'll show you exactly where if you've never done it.)
Drop your .enex into Noteshik
Open the import page, drag the file in. Notebooks become folders. Tags stay tags. Attachments come with.
Done — keep working
Every note is searchable, taggable, and synced across your devices. No format lost. No login to a third party we'd never store.
No credit card needed to import.
Everything you need in a notes app
Built for people who think in text. No bloat, no gimmicks — just reliable, fast note-taking.
Real-Time Sync
Your notes stay in sync across every device — phone, tablet, desktop, and web. Changes propagate in seconds.
Evernote Import
Migrate your entire Evernote library with one click. ENEX files import seamlessly with all formatting preserved.
Encrypted Backup
Automatic encrypted backups protect your data. Export anytime as Markdown, HTML, or PDF.
Offline Access
Pin notes for offline use. Read and edit without an internet connection — changes sync when you reconnect.
Markdown + Voice
Write in markdown with checklists and tags. Tap the mic to dictate; we transcribe and drop the text into your note.
Folders & Tags
Organize with nested folders and tags. Full-text search finds any note instantly.
Encrypted at Rest
Notes are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Two-factor auth (TOTP) on Pro and biometric unlock on mobile.
Honest pricing. No $15/month ransom note.
Noteshik costs a fraction of Evernote because we’re not trying to recoup a private-equity buyout.
