Evernote Price Increase 2026: What Each Plan Costs Now

Evernote's 2026 line-up replaced the old Personal and Professional tiers with Free, Starter, Advanced and Enterprise, and the paid entry point now sits at roughly $99 per year. If you only wanted somewhere to keep your notes, that is a lot of money for a text box, which is why so many long-time users are pricing out alternatives this year.

What Evernote charges in 2026

| Plan | Annual price | Month-to-month | What you get | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Free | $0 | $0 | Up to 50 notes, 1 notebook, 2 devices | | Starter | about $99/yr (≈ $8.25/mo billed annually) | about $14.99/mo | Up to 1,000 notes, 20 notebooks, 3 devices | | Advanced | $249.99/yr | about $24.99/mo | No note or notebook caps, AI tools, Slack and Teams integrations | | Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Sales-quoted |

Two things matter more than the headline number. First, the Free plan is now a demo rather than a usable tier — 50 notes and a single notebook will not hold a year of meeting notes. Second, the AI features most people actually want sit on the $249.99 Advanced plan, not on Starter.

Where Noteshik lands

Noteshik Pro is $3.99/mo or $24.99/yr and Premium is $8.99/mo or $54.99/yr. AI summarize, ask-your-notes and auto-tagging are part of Pro — there is no separate AI subscription to add on top.

| Feature | Evernote Starter | Noteshik Pro | | --- | --- | --- | | Annual cost | about $99 | $24.99 | | AI summarize / ask-your-notes / auto-tag | On Advanced ($249.99/yr) | Included | | One-click Evernote (.enex) import | n/a | Yes | | Offline notes | Yes | Yes | | Real-time team collaboration | Not on Starter | Coming soon (Premium) | | Slack / Teams integrations | On Advanced | Not yet | | Web clipper | Yes | Coming soon |

Noteshik encrypts your notes at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS. We do not sell your data and we do not train AI models on your notes.

Be honest with yourself about the last three rows before you switch. If your team lives in a shared Evernote notebook or you clip half the web every day, the features you rely on are not ready here yet. If you mostly write, search and keep things, the maths is hard to argue with: about $99 a year versus $24.99.

Moving your notes across

Export your Evernote notebooks as .enex files, then drop them into Noteshik's importer. Attachments, note titles and creation dates come across with the text. Notion, Obsidian, Joplin and plain Markdown imports work the same way. Nothing is deleted on the Evernote side, so you can keep the old account open until you are sure.
